 Hidden Valley borders Cherokee Village, it is actually at the center of the map above, to the left of Hwy 412.

 Anyone worldwide can buy the land we have listed for sale on this entire website, it doesn't matter what country you live in. All of our Hidden Valley lots (except any specifically labelled "Gift Lot") are about 1/4 acre (more or less) and all are within walking distance of the three fully-stocked private lakes.  

Hidden Valley was recently annexed by the City of Highland, Arkansas and mobile homes and rv's are no longer allowed to be installed on properties there. As I understand the new bylaws, manufactured/modular homes are acceptable. There are RV campgrounds in the area but my guess is that you could 'dry camp' on your land with a self-contained RV a few weeks a year.

There are no longer association fees. The new city bylaws should eventually increae the value of Hidden Valley properties, perhaps considerably.
