Please note that Hidden Valley was recently annexed by the City of Highland, Sharp County, Arkansas. Campers and RV's are no longer allowed to be parked on vacant lots. It is probable that manufactured/modular homes are still acceptable. There are RV campgrounds in the area, but my guess is that you could 'dry camp' on your land with a self-contained RV a few weeks a year.
There are no longer association fees. The new city bylaws should eventually increase the value of Hidden Valley properties, perhaps considerably.
